BOXING CIRCUIT TRAINING

At Fitlife we run Boxing circuit training 6 days a week.
Boxing circuit training combines boxing drills and exercise.
All sessions run for 50 minutes and are guaranteed to raise a sweat.
The classes are structured to cater for all age groups and fitness levels.
The Fitlife factory is located in Ferntree Gully in Melbourne's East.

Session times are as follows

TUE, WED, THURS 6am
MON to FRI: 9.30am PRAMS WELCOME
MON to FRI: 6pm and 7pm
SAT 7.30am & 8:30am

COST: $15 PER SESSION or an 11 session pass for $100

Have you though about doing a boxing circuit but don’t really know what you are doing. Well here is the answer. In our 2 hour workshop we cover everything you need to know, with plenty of hands on experience.

2 HOUR WORKSHOP $40

  • Proper pad technique
  • Proper bag technique
  • Footwork
  • Combining punches
  • Ducking, weaving.
  • How to stay injury free

 With over 10 years experience involved with Sporting Group Pre Season Training, Tommy Hopkins of Fitlife Group Fitness Training has put together a package for sporting groups in the Eastern Suburbs.

The Boxing circuit program is an intense cardio based, strength and conditioning workout that can be used from under 14’s to senior level players, and this session kicks butt.
 
All gloves, pads, mitts, kick shields, and skipping ropes are provided. All you need to provide is a dedicated bunch of players that need a serious workout.(no sparring involved)
