All sessions start at 6am and its pretty tough at the start getting up at that time but once your into the swing of things you'll love it.

At Fitlife we run Boxing circuit training 6 days a week.
Boxing circuit training combines boxing drills and exercise.
All sessions run for 50 minutes and are guaranteed to raise a sweat.
